Corona de Corazones de fibra de fieltro

I like this wreath, it is so colorful and fun looking. I am going to share this tutorial with you and please let your child help you to create your own rainbow heart's wreath.It is a very simple project.

Me encanta esta corona, pero yo creo que C esta maravillada con los colores de estos corazones y sobre todo el esfuerzo que pusimos ambas en esta corona.
Es muy facil de armarla y porfavor deja a los peques de la casa que te ayuden, ya que ellos estan llenos de ideas geniales!

You will need:
-1 hay wreath
-1/4 of a yard of white fabric
-17 felted hearts (or you can  let your child cut hearts out of regular felt)
-a hot glue gun

Necesitaras:
-1 corona de heno (o cualquier otra)
-1/4 de yarda de tela blanca
-17 corazones de fibra de fieltro (o simplemente puedes utilizar fieltro)
-una pistola de goma caliente

Cut strips of the white fabric and then start gluing it each at time all around the wreath

 Corte  tiras de la tela blanca y empieze a pegar cada una usando la goma caliente alrededor de la corona

 Just as in the picture, once the crown is fully lined in white start with the next step.

Asi como en la foto, una vez que la corona este totalmente forrada de blanco empezamos con el siguiente paso.

Using your glue gun start gluing the hearts one at the time around the wreath

Con su pistola de pegamento caliente comienze a pegar los corazones uno a uno alrededor de la corona

VOILA you are done!

Y eso es todo!

Rainbow Felted Bracelet TUTORIAL

Pulsera de Fibra de Fieltro de Colores-TUTORIA

We were in our crafty mood last weekend and made some projects, this cool bracelet is one of these.

C liked it so much that she wears it everywhere and tells everybody about her rainbow bracelet.

El fin de semana pasado estabamos con muchas ganas de hacer manualidades , este colorido brazalete es uno de ellos. A mi C le gusto tanto que no s elo quita para nada y les dice a todos que ella hizo este brazalete de arco iris.

You will need some wool fiber, hot / cold water, hand soap, thread, a needle and a beautiful child with lots of energy to help.

Para hacer uno, necesitaran: fibra de lana,agua caliente/ fria, jabon de manos, hilo, aguja y un nene o nena con muchas ganas de ayudar.

Start getting a small piece of fiber, just pulling gentle from one end of your roll of fiber

Empieze con un pequeno pedazo de fibra, simplemente jale de manera delicada de uno de los extremos.

Then  roll it from one end to the other end making a ball (sorry for the colorful hands, we made play dough  earlier that day...our hands got stained : )

Luego enrolla el pedazo de un extremo hasta el otro extremo, haciendo una bola (mis manos estan manchadas de colores porque hicimos plastilina ese mismo dia mas temprano : )

Now you can put some hot water and soap to start the process of felting  and start rubbing gentle with your fingers

Ahora coloca agua caliente y jabon para empezar el poceso de unir la fibra , empieza masajaeando de manera gentil.

Once  you are done, rinse the little ball with cold water to end the process of felting.

Una vez terminado el proceso, enjuaga la bolita con agua fria.

Once you finish to make all the balls you need  for your bracelet, get the thread and the needle ready to use.

Cuando termines de hacer todas las bolitas que necesitas para tu brazalete, usaras la aguja y el hilo para unirlas.

Start threading the balls with the needle

Empieza a pasar las bolitas por la aguja.

Just like C, believe me, I was more than impressed with the way she handled the needle, she didn't need help AT ALL! My goodness, sometimes I admire the courage children have to do simple things that grown ups are afraid to do.

Asi como C, creanme que yo estaba  más que impresionada con la forma en que maneja la aguja, no necesito ayuda en lo absoluto! A veces admiro el coraje que  los niños tienen para  hacer estas cosas simples que hasta  nosotros los adultos tenemos miedo de hacerlas.

Now you can tie it around your wrist and show everybody you own creation...just made for you!

Ahora  puede atar la pulsera alrededor de su muñeca y mostrarle a todos esta
creacion hecha especialmente para ti!
