Sailing day

A while ago we made a boat from sticks we collected in one of our walks. We really have fun playing with it.. This weekend we went camping, we took Little C's boat with us to play at the lake..she discovered that "her boat floats",she loves loves loves it!

It is simple to make, you just need sticks (I didn't have to cut them or anything like that..those sticks were the right size), some wool and scissors.

Hace un tiempo hicimos un bote de palos que recolectamos en uno de nuestros paseos.
Realmente nos divertimos jugando con el bote .. Este fin de semana nos fuimos de campamento,llevamos el bote de la pequeña C con nosotros para jugar en el lago .. ella descubrió que "su bote flota", le encanta!

Es fácil de hacerlo, sólo se necesita palos (no tuve que cortarlos, ni nada de eso .. los palos eran del tamaño adecuado), un poco de lana y tijeras.

We tied the sticks together using the wool.

Atamos los palos juntos usando la lana.

Then we tied one of the sticks to the middle of the boat.

Luego atamos un palo al centro del bote.

Ready to sail!!

Listo para navegar!!


And of course the captain of the boat is Little C.

Y por supuesto la capitana del bote es la pequena C.
