Momentos Silenciosos

Some time during the day when we are not doing school time, C would read quietly her  books and I don't feel her presence at all...yesterday when I was  busy doing laundry I didn't know where C  was, when I went  to  look for her , I found this cute scenery. (I thought twice before taking this picture because I didn't want to disturb her, but it was too cute, I had to take the picture and she didn't even noticed... or the book was too interesting to notice my presence : )

Hay momentos de esos silenciosos que me gustan y disfruto, especialmente cuando C esta en casa y no noto su presencia ( suena feo pero lo digo en el buen sentido eh! ) yo adoro pasar tiempo con C pero a la vez es una nina muy bulliciosa : )la mayoria del tiempo!! Uno de esos momentos especiales es cuando C se pierde en casa para poder leer sus libros, digo se pierde porque no se donde esta, la llamo y me ignora, entonces cuando la voy a buscar encuentro escenarios como el de esta foto, sentada en el piso de la cocina leyendo libros, normalmente no tomo las fotos por no molestar su tranquilidad pero esta era muy tierna, asi que la tome, pero lo mas bonito fue que ni ella se entero! yo creo que estaba disfrutando mucho de ese momento como para darme bola eh! : )

El dormitorio de C

I wanted to post about C's bedroom a while ago but I was just too lazy to take the pictures : ] Anyways I finally did it!! : )

Deseaba postear acerca del dormitorio de C hace algun tiempo atras pero me sentia muy perezosa de tomar las fotos : ]
Pero finalmente lo hice!!

This is her shoe organizer, every time we go some where she needs to get her shoes from her shoe shelf and when we get home she needs to put them away...it is a rule!

 This is her  jacket hanger that is at her height..

Este es su organizador de zapatos, cada vez que salgamos a un lugar ella tiene ir  y buscar sus zapatos y una vez que regresemos los tiene que poner a su sitio...es la regla!

Este es el colgador de chaquetas que esta a su altura..

This is a little detail about the shoes..to keep them organize and make it easier for her to put them on , difference left from right we keep the shoes together using clothes'  pins. ( I learned this from How to raise an amazing child the Montessori Way Book)

Este es un detalle de como mantenemos los zapatos organizados  y listos para que C se los ponga sin confundirse derecha o izquierda...simplemente lon enganchamos con ganchos de ropa. Este detalle lo lei en uno de mis libros favoritos. Como educar a un nino maravilloso en el Metodo Montessori

This is our reading spot..where we spend most of the time when we are in her bedroom..We sit in our rocking chair to read and cuddle with grandmo handmade blankets.

Este es nuestro sitio de lectura .. donde pasamos la mayor parte del tiempo cuando estamos en su habitación .. Nos sentamos en nuestro sillón a leer con mantas hechas a mano por las abues.

This is ALASKA...yes my friends..it's a fish!! We got this pet last Christmas for C...and we also like to keep the Globe in C's bedroom because almost every night after reading time daddy likes to show off her geography knowledge for her little girl...he loves loves geography.

Se trata de Alaska ... si mis amigos .. es un pez! Tenemos esta mascota para C desde la Navidad pasada.y también nos gusta mantener el globo Terraqueo en el dormitorio de  C ,se debe a que casi todas las noches después de leer ,su papa pasa  tiempo hablandole  a C acerca de  geografia .( El es un amante de la geografia).

Her bed,  auntie Cara made this blanket for C...very easy to pull and bed is made : )

Su cama, tía Cara hizo esta manta para C. .. muy fácil de jalar  y la cama está hecha : )

We keep the drawers labeled to help the organization.
